  • 1 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 spring onion(s)
  • 4 rolls (burger buns)
  • 1 tomato(s)
  • ½ head of lettuce
  • salt and pepper
  • oil

Dice the meat and mince it in a food processor. Mix the meat mixture with the breadcrumbs, egg, and the sliced ​​white and light green parts of the spring onion. Season with salt and pepper. Form into 4 burgers. Brown the burgers on both sides in a lightly greased grill pan over high heat. Reduce the heat and cook the burgers for another 4 minutes on each side, turning once. Slice the tomato, and wash and pat dry the lettuce. Halve the burger buns, toast, and top with the tomatoes, lettuce, and chicken burgers.
