Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 slice(s) farmer’s bread
  • 2 slices of cooked ham
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 slice(s) cheese (Gouda)
  • some butter, for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

First, fry the cooked ham in butter until crispy on both sides, then remove it from the pan and set it aside. Then, toast the farmhouse bread on one side in the pan, while you cook a fried egg. Turn the bread over in the pan, top with the ham and egg, place the slice of Gouda cheese on top, and let the cheese melt briefly with the lid closed.
