Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 pack of green pasta (spinach pasta)
- 400 ml whipped cream
- 1 can mushrooms, whole
- 500 g chicken breast fillet(s) (or turkey if you like)
- 1 pack of ready-made mix for Zurich schnitzel
- 1 handful of chives, chopped (frozen chives are also fine)
Instructions
Working time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
While the pasta is cooking according to the instructions, cut the fillets into thin strips. Then, slowly fry the drained mushrooms with a little butter in a large pan until they no longer release any water. Now stir in the fillet strips, seasoned with pepper and salt, and fry briefly to keep them tender and juicy. Mix the cream and the Zurich-style gravy mix, pour into the pan, and bring to a boil. Then add the pasta to the pan and let it simmer for 2-4 minutes over low heat. Finally, stir in the chopped chives and let it simmer for another minute. Serve warm with a mild wine. Enjoy!
