Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 rye roll (Röggelchen)
- 2 slices of Gouda, medieval
- 1 gherkin(s)
- butter
- Mustard
- 4 pretzel sticks
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Cut the “Röggelchen” in half, spread with butter, then with mustard. Top with the Gouda cheese. Slice the pickle and arrange it on the plate along with the pretzel sticks as decoration.
