Chicken cream strips with mushrooms

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g chicken strips
  • 200 ml cream
  • 200 g crème fraîche
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 jar mushrooms, sliced
  • Cayenne pepper
  • oil

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Chop the chicken fillet into small pieces, season with salt and pepper. Add a little oil or cooking cream to a pan and fry the chicken fillet. When the meat has turned a light brown color, add the mushrooms. You can, of course, also use fresh mushrooms. Add the cup of cream and the cup of crème fraîche and stir. Season with cayenne pepper to taste. I always serve this with rice or tagliatelle.
