Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 large chicken breast
- 6 large mushrooms
- 1 zucchini
- 1 onion(s) or other vegetables
- 1 can coconut milk
- 200 ml curry sauce
- 200 ml chicken broth
- salt and pepper
- Thai curry powder or curry paste

quick and delicious
Dice the chicken breast and fry it in hot oil in a wok. Add the finely chopped mushrooms, zucchini, and onions. Sauté everything thoroughly (do not let it blacken). Stir in the curry sauce and deglaze with broth and coconut milk. Season with salt, pepper, and Thai curry powder to taste. Serve with rice, preferably delicious basmati or Thai rice.
