Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 8 chicken legs (approx. 100 g each)
- salt and pepper
- 800 g jacket potatoes
- 1 small cucumber(s)
- ½ bunch radishes
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 tbsp oil
- 200 ml broth
- 3 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp chives
- Paprika powder, sweet
- Grease for the tray
Instructions
Working time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
with potato – vegetable – salad
Season the drumsticks. Place them on a greased roasting pan. Cook at 200°C (400°F) for about 30 minutes. Peel the potatoes and deseed the cucumber. Slice both, as well as the radishes. Dice the onion, mix with the oil, broth, and vinegar, and season. Mix with the potatoes and vegetables. Serve everything on the plate.
