Chicken drumsticks in Parmesan and thyme crust

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 chicken legs
  • 4 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • 4 tbsp Parmesan, grated
  • 2 tbsp thyme, dried and shredded
  • salt and pepper
  • olive oil
  • Vegetable oil, neutral

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Wash the chicken thighs and pat dry. Combine the Parmesan cheese with the breadcrumbs and thyme. Rub the chicken thighs well with olive oil, season with salt and pepper, and coat them in the Parmesan and thyme breading. Heat plenty of vegetable oil in a pan and brown the thighs over high heat. Then place them on the oven rack preheated to 200°C and bake for about 30 minutes until browned and crispy.
