Chicken Drumsticks Indian Style

- 50 g Roasted almond flakes
- 4 Chicken legs
- 2 Chopped onions
- 5 tsp Sweet paprika
- Salt
- Pepper
- 2 tbsp Clarified butter
- 1 tsp Curry
- 600 ml Vegetable broth
- 2 Mashed bananas
- 200 g Basmati rice
- 5 Stems Chopped mint
- Mix the paprika powder, salt and pepper and rub the chicken drumsticks with the mixture on all sides.
- Heat the butter lard in a large roasting pan and fry the chicken legs for about 6 minutes on each side, remove.
- Sauté the onions in the frying fat, add the curry and sweat. Put the chicken legs back in and deglaze with the vegetable stock. Bring to the boil and stew covered for 45 minutes.
- After 15 minutes of stewing, add the diced dried fruits
- Prepare the rice according to the instructions on the packet and then mix in the roasted almond flakes.
- Take out the braising time around the chicken legs and keep warm. Add the mashed bananas to the gravy, stir in, bring to the boil and simmer for another 5 minutes, season again with salt and pepper.
- Arrange everything on plates and decorate with chopped mint
