Chop Pepper Pan with Feta
The perfect chop pepper pan with feta recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 6 Paprika colored – diced
- 1 Chopped onion
- 2 Garlic cloves chopped
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 500 g Mixed minced meat (beef / lamb)
- Salt
- Black pepper from the mill
- 0,5 tsp Ground cumin
- 0,5 tsp Curry powder
- 150 g Cocktail tomatoes cut in half
- 1 tbsp Chopped parsley
- 200 g Diced feta
- Heat the olive oil in a large pan. Fry the minced meat in it until crumbly. Add the diced paprika, chopped onion and garlic and continue frying for 5 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, cumin and curry. Mix in the tomato halves and chopped parsley.
- Transfer the whole thing into a baking dish, sprinkle with feta cubes and bake in a preheated oven at 200! C top and bottom heat for 10 minutes
- With potatoes or rice
