Chop Pepper Pan with Feta

The perfect chop pepper pan with feta recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 6 Paprika colored – diced
  • 1 Chopped onion
  • 2 Garlic cloves chopped
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 500 g Mixed minced meat (beef / lamb)
  • Salt
  • Black pepper from the mill
  • 0,5 tsp Ground cumin
  • 0,5 tsp Curry powder
  • 150 g Cocktail tomatoes cut in half
  • 1 tbsp Chopped parsley
  • 200 g Diced feta
  1. Heat the olive oil in a large pan. Fry the minced meat in it until crumbly. Add the diced paprika, chopped onion and garlic and continue frying for 5 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, cumin and curry. Mix in the tomato halves and chopped parsley.
  2. Transfer the whole thing into a baking dish, sprinkle with feta cubes and bake in a preheated oven at 200! C top and bottom heat for 10 minutes
  3. With potatoes or rice
