Chicken Drumsticks Sweet and Hot

marinade

  • 2 tablespoon Honey liquid
  • 1 tablespoon Worcester sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 4 tablespoon Tomato ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Mustard
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 1 Dried chilli pepper
  1. Wash the lower legs and pat dry.

marinade

  1. Mix the honey, Worcester soy sauce, tomato ketchup and mustard, season with salu and pepper
  2. Peel the garlic clove and add with the chilli
  3. Put the lower legs in a freezer bag, pour the marinade on top, close the bag and mix everything well with it in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours

Further processing

  1. Grease a baking dish, add the legs with the sauce and off to the 200c. preheated oven
  2. Bake the legs for 15 minutes, then turn them over and bake for another 15 minutes, adding some water.
  3. We ate potatoes and cauliflower with it – Bon appetit; 🙂
