Cheese Salad Country Air
The perfect cheese salad country air recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Salad dressing
- 100 g Mountain cheese
- 100 g Romandur
- 62,5 g Wine cheese
- 3 tbsp Brandy vinegar
- 4 tbsp Oil
- 2 tbsp Water
- 1 Onion
- Caraway according to taste
- Salt and pepper
- Cut the cheeses into cubes
- Peel and dice the onion, then stir together the remaining ingredients for the salad dressing.
- Pour over the cheese and mix well, season and add chives, let steep for at least 1 day, season again before serving.
