Cheese Salad Country Air

The perfect cheese salad country air recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

Salad dressing

  • 100 g Mountain cheese
  • 100 g Romandur
  • 62,5 g Wine cheese
  • 3 tbsp Brandy vinegar
  • 4 tbsp Oil
  • 2 tbsp Water
  • 1 Onion
  • Caraway according to taste
  • Salt and pepper
  1. Cut the cheeses into cubes
  1. Peel and dice the onion, then stir together the remaining ingredients for the salad dressing.
