Sweet and Hot Chicken Drumsticks

The perfect sweet and hot chicken drumsticks recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 6 Chicken drumsticks
  • 3 tablespoon Honey
  • 3 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoon Ketchup
  • 3 tablespoon Clove of garlic
  • 3 tablespoon Chilli pepper
  • Spring onions
  • Pepper
  • Salt
  1. Wash the chicken drumsticks and dry them well.
  2. For the marinade, chop the cili pepper and the peeled garlic, mix well with the ketchup, soy sauce and the cleaned spring onions, cut into rings.
  3. Put the chicken drumsticks in a bowl, pour the marinade over them, mix well and let stand for 2 hours, turn and then cover and place in the refrigerator overnight
  4. Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper, place the chicken on top and put it in the 200 c. hot oven for about 30 minutes.
