Ingredients

  • 500 g Chicken breast fillet
  • 150 g Mozzarella
  • 400 g Creme fraiche Cheese
  • 100 g Bacon cubes
  • 1 packet Rice
  • 1 tbsp Food starch
  • Tomato paste
  • Salt pepper

Instructions

  • Wash the chicken breast fillet and pat dry. Cut into strips of about the same size, season with salt and pepper. Also cut the mozzarella into strips and put both aside briefly and stir the sauce.
  • Preheat the oven to approx. 180 degrees top / bottom heat and slowly put the rice on top.
  • Mix the crème fraîche with the tomato paste (add according to taste) and the cornstarch, add some milk if necessary. Now put the sauce in a square baking dish and spread it on the bottom.
  • Now take the meat that has been set aside, put some mozzarella at the end of the meat so that you can still fold it in half. Do this until all the meat strips are used up and then place all the folded strips next to each other in the baking dish. Spread the remaining mozzarella on the meat. Now distribute the bacon cubes over the baking dish.
  • Finally, place the casserole dish with the sauce and strips of meat in the preheated oven and bake on the middle rack for about 30 minutes.
