Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 400 g chicken inner fillet(s)
- 125 g Gorgonzola without rind
- 150 g Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar, dark
- 1 dashes fish sauce
- 1 pinch(s) nutmeg, freshly grated
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Heat the oil in a pan and sear the fillets briefly and quickly. Shred the Gorgonzola. Remove the fillets from the pan and reduce the heat. Add the yogurt and Gorgonzola to the pan. Melt the cheese. Season with fish sauce, nutmeg, and balsamic vinegar. Return the fillets to the sauce and let them cook. Serve with rice or pasta of your choice.
