Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 5 chicken fillets
- 5 slice(s) cooked ham (back ham)
- 5 half cheese slices, low-fat
- some spice mix, Italian
- 1 large egg(s)
- 5 tbsp almonds, ground
- 3 tbsp bran (wheat bran)
- 2 tbsp oil

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cut the inner fillets lengthwise, season, and place each on a slice of ham. Place a slice of cheese on top and roll it up in the ham. Secure with a toothpick. Beat the egg. Mix the almonds with the wheat bran. Dip the rolls first in the egg, then in the almond-bran mixture. Fry in hot oil until golden brown. Serve with a vegetable stir-fry and salad.
