Chicken Fricassee "Slim Line"

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 chicken breast fillet(s)
  • 250 g mushrooms
  • 200 g asparagus
  • 150 g sour cream
  • 500 ml vegetable stock
  • some sauce thickener, for light sauces

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Chop the chicken breast fillet into small pieces and simmer in the broth for about 5 minutes. Meanwhile, slice or dice the asparagus and mushrooms. Add them to the broth and simmer for about 5 more minutes, until the broth reduces slightly. Finally, add the sour cream and thicken the dish with the sauce thickener. Serve best with rice and salad. The chicken fricassee contains approximately 350 kcal per serving.
