Chicken Goulash with Colorful Vegetables
The perfect chicken goulash with colorful vegetables recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 600 g Chicken breast
- 1 tbsp Oil
- Salt pepper
- 1 Diced onion
- 1 tbsp Flour
- 100 ml Condensed milk
- 100 ml Cream
- 500 ml Vegetable broth
- 400 g Frozen vegetables … peas, carrots …
- 2 tbsp Chopped parsley
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice + zest
- Pat the meat dry, dice and fry in the hot oil ….. salt + pepper, remove and set aside.
- Fry the diced onion in the remaining frying fat, dust with flour and sauté briefly. Pour in the condensed milk, cream and stock and bring to the boil. Add the vegetables and cook covered for approx. 10-15 minutes.
- Add the meat and simmer for another 5 minutes, season with salt, pepper, lemon juice and zest and fold in the parsley.
- We like to eat rice with it … you probably all know how to cook it, I don’t need to write it down :)))))))))))))))
