Colorful Goulash Pot with Vegetables
The perfect colorful goulash pot with vegetables recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Colorful goulash:
- 500 g Pork goulash
- 1 piece Cabbage sausage, in pieces
- 50 g Red sausage
- 2 piece Onions
- 1 piece Paprika, red
- 3 piece Chopped tomatoes
- 4 piece Mushrooms
- 0,5 pole Leek
- 2 piece Carrots
- 1 disc Celery
- 2 piece Potatoes, big, diced
- 4 piece Gherkins
- 1 bunch Parsley
- 1 tbsp Goulash spice mix, e.g. in m. KB
- 1,5 l Meat broth or bouillon, e.g. in m. KB
- 2 tbsp Tomato puree
- 1 tbsp Flour / sauce thickener
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 1 pinch Salt
Gulash soup:
- Chop the meat and the onions, the vegetables and the potatoes and sear them in a pan with a little clarified butter. Deglaze a little with the stock and bring to the boil in a large saucepan with the spices and remaining ingredients for 10 minutes and then simmer on low heat for about 30 minutes.
Use:
- As a stew for lunch.
