Chicken gyros with noodles

  • 500 g Chicken breast fillet
  • 1 tbsp Gyros - homemade spice
  • Rapeseed oil to taste
  • 1 Shallot
  • 1 Zucchini
  • Green of spring onions (leftovers) to taste
  • 100 g Feta


  • Rinse the chicken breast fillet under the tap and pat dry. Then cut the whole thing up and put in a bowl. Add homemade gyros spice and, if you like, the rapeseed oil. Mix everything together and let it steep for half an hour to a full hour.
  • Peel the shallot and cut into fine rings. Take a pan and pour in some of the rapeseed oil and heat it up. Add the marinated shredded meat and fry in the pan. Add shallot rings and continue frying. Wash zucchini, rub dry, cut in half into pieces.
  • Add the zucchini pieces and continue frying. Chop up the remaining green of the spring onions and add, fry and stir. Last but not least, cut the feta into small pieces, add it and let it continue to cook. Later, take a plate and serve with pasta.
