Plum Chicken with Glass Noodles As Casserole

Ingredients
 

  • 200 g Chicken breasts
  • 0,5 Red Onion
  • 0,5 Onion white
  • 2 Garlic cloves chopped
  • 1 Leek
  • 150 g Skinned tomatoes
  • 9 Prunes
  • 0,5 packet Glass noodles
  • 1 tbsp Grated cheese
  • 50 g Butter
  • 100 ml Whipped cream
  • 0,25 L Red wine medium quality wine
  • 0,25 L Sausage soup
  • 1 shot Teriyaki sauce
  • 1 shot Soy sauce dark
  • 1 shot Styrian pumpkin seed oil
  • 2 splash Tabasco
  • 1 pinch Ground cumin
  • 1 pinch Thai curry red
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Wash the chicken, remove the tendons, dry well and cut into bite-sized pieces.
  • Now season the pieces of meat with salt, pepper, paprika sweet, curry, place on a plate, drizzle with the teriyaki sauce and let it steep for 30 minutes, covered.
  • Put the prunes with the red wine and the soy sauce to simmer (without the lid) and reduce a little, then remove the plums, cut into strips and then pre-cook the glass noodles in the stock.
  • Heat the butter in a saucepan, add the pumpkin seed oil and sauté the onions for about 3 minutes.
  • Now add the marinated meat pieces and fry them, followed by the rest of the chopped vegetables as well as the plum strips and the chopped garlic.
  • Braise everything again, peel off and pour the mixture into the buttered casserole dish.
  • Now add 2 dashes of Tabasco to the glass noodles cooked in the wine and plum sauce and spread over the meat and vegetable mixture.
  • Fill the casserole dish with the cream, sprinkle the grated cheese over it and place in the tube, which has been preheated to 180 ° C, for 30 minutes.
