Chicken hearts in Dijon sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g heart(s) (chicken hearts)
  • 75 ml cream
  • 1 tsp mustard (Dijon mustard)
  • some rosemary
  • 15 g butter
  • Salt and pepper, black, freshly ground
  • oregano
  • a little cayenne pepper
  • 1 half lemon(s), juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Cut open the chicken hearts and wash them inside and out. Pick the rosemary. Melt the butter in a pan and add the chicken hearts, then fry. Season with salt, pepper, oregano, rosemary, lemon juice, and cayenne pepper. Add the cream and bring to a boil, then stir in the Dijon mustard and simmer for another minute. Season to taste and serve.
