Chicken Hot and Fruity
The perfect chicken hot and fruity recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 3 Chicken breasts
- 3 Pineapple fresh
- 1 bunch Spring onions fresh
- 1 Orange
- 1 Dried chilli
- 350 ml Vegetable broth
- 5 tablespoon Cream
- Salt
- Pepper
- 300 g Tagliatelle
- Wash the chicken breasts, pat dry and cut into strips.
- Peel the pineapple, remove the hard spots into pieces, clean the spring onions, cut into rings and squeeze the orange
- Heat some oil in a pan and season the meat with salt, pepper and chilli and fry it vigorously.
- Add the spring onions and fry for approx. 5 minutes, fold in the pineapple.
- Now deglaze with the vegetable stock, orange juice, add the cream and let everything simmer for about 10 minutes
- Finally fold in the cooked noodles, then arrange on a plate and garnish with a few spring onions.
