Chicken Hot and Fruity

The perfect chicken hot and fruity recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 3 Chicken breasts
  • 3 Pineapple fresh
  • 1 bunch Spring onions fresh
  • 1 Orange
  • 1 Dried chilli
  • 350 ml Vegetable broth
  • 5 tablespoon Cream
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 300 g Tagliatelle
  1. Wash the chicken breasts, pat dry and cut into strips.
  2. Peel the pineapple, remove the hard spots into pieces, clean the spring onions, cut into rings and squeeze the orange
  3. Heat some oil in a pan and season the meat with salt, pepper and chilli and fry it vigorously.
  4. Add the spring onions and fry for approx. 5 minutes, fold in the pineapple.
  5. Now deglaze with the vegetable stock, orange juice, add the cream and let everything simmer for about 10 minutes
  6. Finally fold in the cooked noodles, then arrange on a plate and garnish with a few spring onions.
