Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 4 chicken schnitzels (steaks approx. 75 g each)
- 2 m.-sized eggs
- 3 tbsp flour
- 50 g chips (ham snack chips)
- n. B. Sea salt and pepper, mixed, from the mill
- 2 tbsp sunflower oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Wash the chicken steaks and pat dry. Enlarge thicker steaks with a butterfly cut and flatten the steaks between cling film or freezer bags. Grind the crisps in a blender. Whisk the eggs. Create a breading station with flour, beaten egg, and ground crisps. Season the steaks with sea salt and freshly ground pepper. Coat first in flour, then in beaten egg, and then in crisp crumbs. Heat a pan with the sunflower oil and fry the chicken steaks until golden brown. Arrange and serve.
