Baguette with turkey schnitzel

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 leaves of lettuce (Lollo Bianco or butterhead lettuce)
  • 125 g crème fraîche
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 baguette(s), large roll, bread, soul, depending on what is available
  • 1 turkey schnitzel, approx. 150 – 200 g
  • salt and pepper
  • Fat, for frying
  • curry

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

First, make the dressing. Whisk the crème fraîche in a small bowl and season with salt, pepper, and curry powder to taste. Season the schnitzel with salt and pepper and fry in a pan until well-cooked. Wash the lettuce and arrange 3-5 leaves. Slice the tomatoes. Spread the dressing evenly on the top and bottom of the bun, top with the lettuce, then the schnitzel, and then the tomatoes. If you like, you can replace the tomatoes with pineapple. I fried peppers with the schnitzel. It turned out wonderfully spicy.
