Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 4 chicken breast fillets
- 2 onions
- 4 tbsp curry powder
- 1 can/n peach(s)
- ½ cup cream
- 250 g pasta
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Cut the fillets into strips and fry them in batches in a little oil, then add the diced onion. Stir in the curry powder and let it cook slightly. Pour in the peach juice and simmer for about 10 minutes. Then stir in the cream and fold in the peaches, sliced into small strips, and let it simmer for just a moment. Season with salt and pepper. Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to the instructions, drain briefly, and stir in.
