Ingredients
 

Köttbullar:

  • 700 g Boneless chicken thighs
  • 2 tbsp Clarified butter
  • 1 small Onion
  • 0,5 tsp Sugar
  • 50 g Breadcrumbs
  • 150 ml Cream
  • 2 tsp Food starch
  • 1 tsp Paprika powder
  • 1 tsp Seasoned salt
  • 1 tsp Garlic pepper
  • 1 pinch Fenugreek powder
  • Mace
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 Egg

Sauce:

  • 25 g Flour
  • 150 ml Riesling
  • 150 ml Water
  • 150 ml Cream
  • 4 Pc. Allspice grains
  • 1 pinch Seasoned salt
  • 1 pinch Garlic pepper
  • 1 tbsp Worcester sauce
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • Telly cherry pepper
  • Parsley

Instructions
 

  • Turn Pollo Fino through the grinder or use ready-made poultry mince. Peel onion and chop finely. Heat clarified butter and fry the onion cubes briefly, then add sugar and caramelize everything nicely. Cooling down!
  • Mix the breadcrumbs with the cream and cornstarch. Then add the mixture with seasoned salt, garlic pepper, mace, paprika powder, salt, pepper, fenugreek, egg to the mince and knead everything well! Shape balls according to the desired size!
  • Heat some clarified butter in a roaster and fry the meatballs all over for a short time and then take them out of the roaster! Then stir in flour into the same fat and briefly roast and deglaze with wine and water, briefly bring to the boil! Grind allspice! Refine with cream and season with allspice, seasoned salt, garlic pepper, sugar, pepper, Worchester sauce and parsley!
  • Put the meatballs in the sauce and put everything in the oven in 25 minutes! Meanwhile prepare side dishes! With us mashed potatoes! 🙂
  • Serve!
