Chicken Leg (raised)

The perfect chicken leg (raised) recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

the poultry

  • 4 piece Chicken leg (raised)
  • 4 piece Freshly ground pepper and salt
  • 4 piece Smoked paprika powder (Spicy)
  • 4 piece Lime zest

Vegetables fresh

  • 2 piece Red peppers
  • 2 piece Freshly ground sea salt
  • 400 g Steamed green beans
  • 3 Tablespoon (level) Cream cheese double cream setting
  • 1 tablespoon Mustard with honey
  • 1 tablespoon Savory
  • 1 tablespoon Pepper and salt

salad

  • 1 piece Iceberg lettuce
  • 1 piece White onion

dressing

  • 1 piece Lime juice
  • 2 tablespoon Parmesan cheese (fresh)
  • 5 tablespoon Oil and vinegar respectively
  • 150 g Yogurt
  • 150 g Pepper and salt

additionally

  • 150 g Clarified butter
  1. You start by removing the chicken legs. If you have to go very quickly, you can get these ready-made in stores. Now sprinkle generously with the spices listed. In this dish I do without the skin (although it tastes very tasty). The chicken is fried on a plate with clarified butter (heated to a high temperature). During this time, halve the peppers and remove the stunk and seeds. Now season the peppers on the inside and then cut them into strips. Now place the strips on the plate with the meat and roast them. Everything is ready to eat after 15 minutes.
  2. Cut the iceberg lettuce to size and wash and drain. . Meanwhile, dice the onion and mix the dressing from the listed ingredients in a tall container. Put the lettuce and onion in a bowl and pour the dressing. Mix well with your hands and let it steep.
  3. Then you start to cook the cleaned beans. The beans need about 10 minutes to become firm to the bite in a little salted water. Once you have poured off the bean water, add all the spices to the beans and mix the beans well. Put the lid on and keep it warm.
  4. Now only the plates are set up and you can eat 🙂 Of course, you can simply put everything in bowls on the laid table. Just hand a piece of bread and you will be really full.

Bon appetit and culinary greetings your Biggi ♥
