- 3 Chicken legs
- Salt
- Pepper
- Paprika powder
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 5 Spring onions fresh
- 4 size Potatoes
- 400 g Hokkaido
- Olive oil
- 150 ml White wine
- 150 ml Broth
- Wash and dab the chicken legs, season with salt, pepper and paprika powder.
- Peel the potatoes into small cubes, divide the Hokkaido, remove the kernels and cut into cubes.
- Peel and mash the garlic, clean the spring onions and cut into rings.
- Now put everything in a bowl, mix with the olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Put everything in a roaster, distribute and place the chicken drumsticks on top.
