Chicken Legs on Pumpkin and Potatoes

  • 3 Chicken legs
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 5 Spring onions fresh
  • 4 size Potatoes
  • 400 g Hokkaido
  • Olive oil
  • 150 ml White wine
  • 150 ml Broth
  1. Wash and dab the chicken legs, season with salt, pepper and paprika powder.
  2. Peel the potatoes into small cubes, divide the Hokkaido, remove the kernels and cut into cubes.
  3. Peel and mash the garlic, clean the spring onions and cut into rings.
  4. Now put everything in a bowl, mix with the olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Put everything in a roaster, distribute and place the chicken drumsticks on top.
  6. Cook the roasting pan in a warm oven for approx. 50-60 minutes, after 20 minutes pour in the wine and some broth.
