Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 1 chicken, grilled or fried
- 500 g poultry liver(s)
- 2 small onions
- 200 g sweet cream
- 2 tbsp butter
- 4 cl port wine
- Coriander, ground
- Thyme
- pepper
- Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
made from grilled or fried chicken
Remove the meat from the bone. Brown the liver and chopped onion. Season well and continue to cook for a few minutes. Finely chop everything and mix with the cream. Transfer to a terrine or small bowl and let cool.
