Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 tsp sweet paprika powder
- 2 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp curry powder
- ½ tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 3 tbsp oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Mix all ingredients. Directions: Brush a chicken or chicken pieces with this mixture. I also like to add a teaspoon of salt and lemon juice to the inside of the chicken. This marinade is enough for one chicken. It’s best to let it soak in for a while, an hour or longer. I roast a chicken at around 170°C for about an hour, turning it occasionally. Then roast it at 220°C for another 15 minutes, or longer if necessary, based on a visual inspection. Tip: You can also use the mixture without oil as a chicken seasoning.
