Finely chop approximately 150 g of cooked chicken (using a food processor) and coarsely chop approximately 150 g of cooked chicken. Add pepper and salt, mix well, divide into four pieces, form small meatballs, coat in flour, and fry in hot oil on medium heat. My own recipe.
