Chicken meatballs

Ingredients for 20 servings:

  • 800 g turkey goulash
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 slices of toast
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ bunch of dill
  • salt and pepper, pepper
  • Oil, for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Either finely chop the meat or mince it, mix it with the soy sauce, and let it marinate (about 30 minutes). Meanwhile, soak the bread and squeeze out any excess moisture, then finely chop the dill. Make a batter with the meat, toast, eggs, and dill and season with salt and pepper to taste. Fry the meatballs in a pan for about 8-10 minutes.
