Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 750 g potatoes
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • 4 chicken breast fillets
  • 1 ½ tomatoes
  • 1 large lettuce(s)
  • 250g mozzarella
  • 2 small onions, red
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • Fresh herbs of your choice
  • some oil for the pan
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tsp sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes

Wash the vegetables thoroughly. Peel the potatoes and cut into strips. Place the potato strips on a baking sheet, coat with a little oil, and season with salt and pepper. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (top/bottom heat) and bake the potato strips for about 25 minutes. Keep an eye on them, as every oven heats differently. Next, slice the tomatoes and mozzarella, then tear the lettuce leaves and rinse them. Place the sour cream in a small bowl and season with salt and pepper. Slice the onions and sauté in a pan for about 8 minutes. After browning, add 2 teaspoons of sugar to the onion strips and stir in. Now fry the chicken breast fillets and cut into strips. Place the hamburger buns in the oven for about 8 minutes. Cut the buns open, spread with the spread, place the lettuce leaves and chicken breast on top, and scatter the sautéed onions on top. Finally, top with tomatoes and mozzarella and fold them shut. Serve with baked potatoes and enjoy. If you like, you can also sprinkle with herbs.
