Grilled Turkey Skewers

The perfect grilled turkey skewers recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • Marinade:
  • 1 Spring onions, cut into fine rings
  • 1 tbsp Parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp Mustard
  • 1 tsp Ground cumin
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 Splash Lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • Skewers:
  • 1 kg Turkey meat, diced
  • 1 Diced tomato
  • 1 Paprika, red and diced
  • 1 Quartered onions
  1. Preparations the day before: Put the turkey cubes in a bowl and add the ingredients for the marinade. Mix everything thoroughly and cover with foil and leave to stand in the refrigerator overnight.
  1. Put the prepared vegetables alternately with the meat on skewers and then put them on the grill. Cook on both sides, turning several times, until the meat is done.
  1. Serving suggestion: Serve with a nice salad and fresh baguette or flatbread.
