Grilled Turkey Skewers
The perfect grilled turkey skewers recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- Marinade:
- 1 Spring onions, cut into fine rings
- 1 tbsp Parsley, finely chopped
- 1 tsp Mustard
- 1 tsp Ground cumin
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 Splash Lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- Skewers:
- 1 kg Turkey meat, diced
- 1 Diced tomato
- 1 Paprika, red and diced
- 1 Quartered onions
- Preparations the day before: Put the turkey cubes in a bowl and add the ingredients for the marinade. Mix everything thoroughly and cover with foil and leave to stand in the refrigerator overnight.
- Put the prepared vegetables alternately with the meat on skewers and then put them on the grill. Cook on both sides, turning several times, until the meat is done.
- Serving suggestion: Serve with a nice salad and fresh baguette or flatbread.
