Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 8 chicken gizzards
- 8 hearts (chicken hearts)
- 1 large carrot(s)
- 1 parsley root(s)
- 1 piece(s) celeriac
- n. B. water
- Soup seasoning
- salt and pepper
- nutmeg
- butter
- Flour
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour
Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add all ingredients and cook. Remove the cooked ingredients with a ladle and cut into small pieces. Make a light roux with butter and flour, stir into the chicken stock, and add the chopped ingredients. Season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Tastes heavenly!
