Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 fennel
- 1 bunch of celery
- e.g. vegetable broth
- some butter
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Cut the fennel and celery into thin strips and cook in vegetable broth until slightly tender. Serve with a knob of butter. Tip: Cooked carrot strips also add a nice touch of flavor and brighten up the color.
