Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 8 slice(s) sausage, poultry slices with chicken breast)
- 200 g apricot(s), fresh or well drained from the can
- 150 g strawberries
- 100 g mascarpone
- 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
for the party buffet
Cut the apricots and strawberries into small cubes. Season the mascarpone with vinegar, lemon juice, salt, and pepper, then stir in the fruit. Spoon some of the mixture onto each slice of poultry sausage and roll up the sausage slices. Arrange attractively on a serving platter.
