Ingredients
- 1 bar Dark chocolate
- 0,5 bar Milk chocolate
- 150 g Butter
- 30 g Ground almonds
- 30 g Sifted flour
- 0,25 tsp Baking powder
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 50 g Sugar powdered and cane sugar mixed
- 3 Eggs
- Mini springform pan 20 "
- Icing sugar for dusting
Instructions
- Crumble the chocolate in a bowl, add butter and melt in a water bath. Preheat oven (convection) to 180 °.
- Sift the flour into a mixing bowl, add the ground almonds and baking powder and mix.
- Beat eggs and sugar until thick and creamy. Fold in the flour / almonds. Then stir in the chocolate and butter mixture.
- Line a mini springform pan (20 ") with baking paper and fill the chocolate mixture into the mini-form. Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, depending on the type of oven! , can dust the cake with powdered sugar, ideally the cake should still be creamy in the middle.
- If you want, you can add some chilli flakes to the batter. Or use nougat chocolate instead of whole milk.
