Chicken Roulades

The perfect chicken roulades recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 6 Boneless chicken thighs
  • 6 Sch. Cooked ham
  • 6 Sch. Cheese
  • Roasted Chicken Seasoning Salt
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • Cord to wrap the roulades
  1. Place the meat on the skin side and season the inside.
  2. Cover the thighs with ham and cheese, roll up tightly and secure with a cord.
  3. Season the roulades from the outside and place in a baking dish,
  4. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and insert the meat,
  5. Mix the oil and honey and brush or turn the roulades with it after 20 and 40 minutes.
  6. After 60 minutes, the roulades are crispy all over.
