Chicken Sage Involtini on Spinach
The perfect chicken sage involtini on spinach recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 2 piece Chicken fillets
- 4 piece Sage leaves
- 2 Discs Cheese
- 2 slices Smoked ham
- 1 packet Fresh spinach
- 1 piece Onion
- 1 pinch Salt and pepper
- Toothpick
- Wash the chicken fillet and pat dry. Then cut open in the middle, put ham, cheese, sage leaves in them and secure with toothpicks.
- Put the filled chicken fillets in the pan and fry on both sides.
- Clean spinach and, if necessary, remove stems. Peel and dice the onions and sauté in a saucepan, add the spinach and cook (the spinach still collapses), season with salt and pepper.
- Place the spinach on a plate and garnish with the chicken fillets (remove toothpicks).
