Strudel Spicy Mediterian Filled

The perfect strudel spicy mediterian filled recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 packet Spelled strudel dough
  • 250 g Cabbage sprouts
  • 1 packet Mozzarella
  • 200 g Mixed vegetables frozen
  • 100 g Smoked Chicken Breast
  • 1 a cup Crème fraîche with herbs
  • Salt, pepper from the mill
  • Seasonal herbs
  1. Bring the water with a little salt to a boil and cook the cleaned cabbage sprouts until soft. Bring another saucepan with salt to the boil and cook the mixed vegetables in it until soft.
  2. Strain the vegetables, let them cool down a little and mix with the crème fraîche and herbs. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  3. Take the strudel dough out of the package and top with the vegetable mixture. Spread the chicken breast on top. Cut the mozzarella into slices and spread over the mass. Sprinkle with herbs.
  4. Roll up the strudel (I had 2 pieces), sprinkle it with a little water and bake it crispy brown at 180 degrees. We had a green salad with it. Enjoy the meal.
