Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g chicken, cooked
  • 1 can peach(s)
  • 1 class jar celery, cut into strips
  • 1 small jar of asparagus, in pieces
  • 150 g crème fraîche or yogurt dressing
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 10 minutes

Remove the skin from the cooked chicken and dice the meat. Drain the asparagus, celery strips, and peaches. Dice the peaches. Place the meat, asparagus, celery strips, and peach cubes in a bowl with the crème fraîche and season with salt and pepper. Let stand for about 2 hours.
