Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g lean roast pork, cooked
  • 1 jar red pepper(s), pickled
  • 2 m.-sized apple
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 2 tbsp salad mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 1 tsp, leveled mustard
  • ½ tsp sweet paprika powder
  • e.g. salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cut the roasted pork and pickled peppers into strips, and dice the apples and onion. For the marinade, combine all the other ingredients and stir into the salad. Season with salt and pepper.
