Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 2 can/n soup (mushroom cream soup instant)
  • 2 cups of cream
  • 2 cans of mushrooms (mushroom heads or slices)
  • 2 cups of crème fraîche
  • 3 m.-sized chicken schnitzel
  • 24 slice(s) Black Forest ham

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Combine the cream, mushrooms, cream of mushroom soup, and crème fraîche in a bowl and mix well. Store in the refrigerator if preparing the dish the day before. Cut the schnitzel into strips. Wrap each strip with a slice of Black Forest ham and place it in a baking dish. Pour the cream over the strips and place in the preheated oven, stirring occasionally. After about 2 hours at 175°C, the dish is ready to serve. Serve with rice, pasta, or potatoes. Serve with bread or baguette.
