Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 800 g chicken schnitzel
- 300g bacon
- 250g mozzarella
- Salt and pepper from the mill
- Spice mix (Ching spice)
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Chicken with a twist
Sprinkle the chicken schnitzels with pepper, a little salt, and Chinese spices, and wrap them in bacon. Brown on both sides for about 4 minutes. Slice the mozzarella and place it on top of the schnitzels. Place in the oven at low heat (approx. 110-120°C) until the mozzarella melts.
