Lightning-fast tomato gnocchi pan

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 1 small chili pepper(s)
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 500 g gnocchi from the refrigerated section
  • 250 g cherry tomatoes
  • 1 handful of green olives from the jar
  • salt and pepper
  • oregano
  • rosemary
  • basil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Finely chop the onion, garlic, and chili and sauté with the tomato paste in olive oil. Add the uncooked gnocchi and fry until nicely browned. Just before the end, add the quartered or halved cherry tomatoes and the olives and let them warm briefly and thicken slightly. Season to taste with salt and pepper, plenty of oregano, and a little rosemary and basil.
