Chicken Schnitzel with Difference

- 400 g Chicken – Minute Schnitzel
- 2 Sausages, coarse
- 150 g King oyster mushrooms
- Rama Cremefine 15%
- Venison Seasoning
- Cold butter
- Olive oil
- Sea salt from the mill
- Small potato
- Boil the potatoes with salt, drain and let cool.
- Beat the minutes of schnitzel so that they are the same thickness. Put the sausage meat from the skin in a mixer and mix with the Creme Fine. Now distribute the sausage meat on the schnitzel. Cut the mushrooms lengthways and spread on the sausage meat.
- Put the olive oil in a pan, let it get hot and then turn down the temperature. Put the schnitzel with the mushroom side in the pan and fry gently. The meat side is only seasoned with salt in the pan.
- After frying, turn the schnitzel on the meat side. Now add the butter and the game seasoning, let it melt and spread over the schnitzel. Cut the remaining mushrooms into small pieces, add them and let everything cook slowly. Fry the boiled potatoes in a pan with a little butter and serve with it.
