Marble Wreath with Cherries

- 425 g Flour
- 1 packet Baking powder
- 1 pinch Salt
- 250 g Soft butter
- 125 g Creme fraiche Cheese
- 5 Eggs
- 120 g Sugar
- 2 packet Vanilla sugar
- 2 tbsp Cocoa
- 1 glass Pitted cherries (from the jar)
- 4 tbsp Kirsch
- 200 g Whole milk couverture
- Preheat the oven to 160 ° (convection). Grease the springform pan. Drain the cherries and collect about 5 tablespoons of liquid.
- Mix the butter, sugar, vanilla sugar with a pinch of salt until creamy. Stir in eggs, crème fraîche and kirsch. Mix flour with baking powder and gradually stir in. Mix in the drained cherries and mix about half of the batter with cocoa powder.
- Pour the light-colored dough into the greased baking pan. Spread the dark dough on top and pull it spirally through the dough with a fork. Bake for an hour.
