Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 tbsp oil (olive oil)
- 2 onions, small, finely chopped
- 600 g meat (chicken), cut into strips
- 200 ml chicken broth
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 lemon(s), untreated, juice and grated peel
- 100 ml yogurt
- Salt
- pepper
- Paprika powder (rose paprika)
- Parsley, plenty
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Chicken with yogurt
Sauté the onions in oil, add the meat, and sear until light brown (approx. 3 minutes). Deglaze with the broth. Add spices to taste, as well as lemon juice, and sauté until soft. Finally, add the yogurt. Heat until hot, but do not boil. Remove the bay leaves before serving.
